Dr. Ali TOPLU was born in 1951 in Mut district of Mersin. He successfully graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1977; He completed his specialty training in psychiatry at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine in 1989.
Dr. Ali TOPLU, who has worked in different institutions throughout his professional life, continues to provide reliable and scientific health services to his patients in the diagnosis, follow-up and treatment of psychiatric disorders with his deep-rooted clinical experience of more than 40 years.
